Job shadowing involved Spanish NGOs and Migrants Project Partners
After our Granada Summer School, some of the project Partners have been involved into job shadowing activities thanks to our project partner COSPE ONLUS that organized the activity in Spain.
On Monday 25th of July, COSPE and the Inst Migraciones of UGR implemented a job shadowing activity in Malaga in collaboration with the association Prodiversa-Progreso y Diversidad.
Through this initiative, professors and PHD students from the Universities of La Manouba, El Manar and Tunis had the chance to discover the projects and activities implemented by PRODIVERSA for facilitating the socio-labor insertion of migrants, ethnic minorities, women, and young people living in the most marginalized neighborhoods of the city.
On Tuesday 26th of July, COSPE and the Inst Migraciones of UGR implemented a job shadowing activity in collaboration with Cruz Roja Española. Through this initiative, professors and PHD students from the Universities of La Manouba, El Manar and Tunis had the chance to know more about the emergency first response action implemented by Cruz Roja Española on the seaside area of Motril.
Last day, on Wednesday 27th of July, professors and PHD students met Agrupación para el Desarrollo en Norte ADN.
Through this initiative, professors and PHD students from the Universities of La Manouba, El Manar and Tunis had the chance to discover the community actions implemented by ADN together with local authorities and social services for promoting citizens’ intercultural coex-istence in the area of Distrito Norte (Granada).
The activity was carried out within the framework of Migrants Project, co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union.
This section of job shadowing in Spain was not the last one but other sessions of this activity will be or-ganized soon in Tunisia, Italy, and United Kingdom.
